Files do not share

Unread postby Vitalka » Wed Jul 15, 2015 2:01 pm

Good afternoon
I try to use a IntraMessenger software. It is very usable and nice product.
But I have a little problem with file sharing and sending.
I thing all FTP settnigs is Ok (was tested by IM_skin).

This is share file option from admin panel:

When user try to share or send a file, the IntraMessenger shows file sending progress bar:

When its done, shared files folder still empty:

What is the problem? What am I doing wrong?

Thank You.

If just stay like this,
it's look like your FTP login (ir...ss) dont have full access on folder ../httpdocs/files/

Can you try with a FTP software (filezilla or another one) ?

(Your file (scan0002.pdf) is not empty, have a few KB ?)

Hi, THeUDS.
Thank You for the answer.

Yes, I can upload files to the ../httpdocs/files/ folder using FileZilla FTP Client.
Permission to the folder is 777 (rwx rwx rwx).
File scan0002.pdf is 553Kb.

I think "php uploader" do not use FTP.

You dont copy inside login and password you do test on IM_skin.

Can you try with a FTP software (FilleZilla) please ?

This is a IM_skin test...

I mean on "php uploader" do not require login and password,
same you do already in IM_skin test.

(and IM_skin test connect only, not writing)

Good, it's connected,
can you now send open folder "files" (on the right side : you make red color on screenshot)
and send a file from the left side (into this folder) ?

For security reason,
you may put /files/ folder at the root
(same the folder /httpdocs/ but not inside it)
for impossible to access by http to files uploaded.
