[Solved] Problems sending message as an administrator

Hello,

I´m testing IntraMessenger on my network. I´d like to use it to send administrative messages to all user connected at the time, but, in some cases, the message balloon does not shows up. I think this happens only with Windows 7, but, strangely, not all Windows 7. Some W7 (32 and 64 bits) shows the message balloon and other doesn´t.
Can someone help me? It will be a good case study, because my network has more than 2800 PCs.

Thank you. Now it´s working great.
I have another problem.
I disable IM window on startup (option Display_IM_onStartup=0), but it´s working only for user that are members of groups (I´m using SPECIAL_MODE_GROUP_COMMUNITY). When a users that are not member of a group runs IM, the window is shown.
Can you fix that or show me what I have to do?

If no contact list (not member of a group) window is shown (IM thinks its first startup).
